Latha Constructions is a Sole Proprietorship firm headed by A.M.Balasubramanian D.C.E who worked as a Site Engineer in Private Companies, have vast experience and involvement in planning and execution of various projects such as Buildings(Residential and Factory), Concrete Road, Individual Bungalows, Commercial Complex, Machine Foundations etc. since 1989.

Latha Constructions has started its operation in the year 1989 and doing the project of individual villas and Factory Buildings comprises of more than 200 Projects in and around Chromepet Chennai.

The organization has technical staff having vast experience in the construction field who has worked on various prestigious projects.
